Singaporeans WHAT?

So I think it's a record.

I found 6 Singaporeans so far. Wow. I mean like.. did we have this many before this?

The best part, I think all of them attended the Cultural Adaptation thingy. I know I skipped that one out. It's not like I need to know more about the Malay culture here already. Heh.

Oh and the cousins, salah lah. Not fiza, it's Fara. Haha.

Dont worry Farah, we Farhanas have more problems to deal with. Yeaup, there's ANOTHER Farhana in the house. Siti Nur Farhana- Nana for short.

Orientation WHAT?

Today is the first day of Orientation. Yar sure, it's always boring coz it's all talks but it's fun when you get to see the faces of those blur sotongs.

Yeaup. Back in Msia to help out in the Orientation. It's been fun so far- been well fed, great company and hey! I found 2 new fellow Sporeans!

Fiza and Hafiz. Cousins. Havent really got the chance to really sit and know more about them coz we were all busy with the talks and other freshies and all. But I will definitely introduce to you guys soon.

So we have a guy. Prolly another one we can bully. Woot woot.

Fiza's in business and Hafiz from IT. Not engineering. Well, too bad. =p

This sem's orientation bash is gonna be at Genting. Whoa.. surprise surprise lah. It's a pilot project- so only a few can be shortlisted to help out.

Me? Dont know lah.

Anyways, 2nd part of Orientation coming up. Aiya, cultural adaptation jer. Nothing much but I have nothing to do anyways.

Plus, another opportunity to "look for" other fellow Sporeans.

I'm glad semester's starting soon. As much as I love my holidays(OH HELLS YES. SLEEPING THRU WENT MORNINGS..HELLO?), I need to get my ass kicking some place else. Yeah we all get bored sitting around at one place arent we?

Plus I miss Pakcik Medan's lauk. Anybody know his real name?

niwae, i juz got back from a trip back to kampung.. was tell jee n she said it made her tink of me in kain batik in the middle of the sawah.. WTH!! lolx..

oh well.. i was in kain batik btw.. but its to bathe la.. not to be in the middle of the sawah.. u tink old malay movies ah?? ;p.

went back to Bukittinggi, Indonesia wif ma family for 2 wks n now im sick.. but it was fun to see my nephews.. so entertaining n all la.. he he.. ;)

so how haf everyone been?? seen jee's friendster n she sure had a whole lot of fun wif farah n wen.. not bad.. he he.. ;)

wen's everyone getting back to KL?? im not sure wen i'll be back.. but hopefully soon la.. my ass's getting way too huge now since im shaking leg all the tym.. n brain so dead s well..

Allocate!

ahh it's that time of the year again.

first it was having to deal with results.
second was to decide on units and plan for the coming 2 years ahead.
third was re-enrolment.
and now it's allocations. bummerrrrr.

Allocate's been open for a few days already on Preference mode for us all to fix our schedules. if you haven't jumped on the bandwagon to kelam-kabut select a spot for classes, then do so! otherwise you'll be 'forced' to enter a non-preferred class which is probably thrown right at the last spot at the end of the week or it's probably clashing with another class.

and kill me if you must, but i'm quite excited to go to school already HAHAHA.
it's partly cos i realized my timetable is a 3-day week and i only need to attend lessons on Tue/Wed/Thurs ((((((:
this is quite fabulous because this means that i can scram on Thursday evenings back to Singapore and return on Monday nights.
HAHA madness i know.

my brain has been under-utilised for months now and i'm quite hyped to be a geek.
hopefully :D

Kids say the darnest things

I juz read 'The New Paper' today and found a cute joke article. What I like about it is its about kids and what they say.. ;> So here I am wanting to share it with u all!! ENJOY!! ;>

• Britanny, 4, had an earache and wanted a painkiller. She tried in vain to take the lid off the bottle. Seeing her frustration, her mum explained it was a child-proof cap and she'd have to open it for her. Eye's wide with wonder, the little girl asked, "How does it know it's me?"

• Clinton, 5, was in his bedroom looking worried. When his mum asked what was troubling him, he replied "I don't know what'll will happen with this bed when I get married. How will my wife fit in?"

• James, 4, waslistening to a Bible story. His dad read "The man named Lot was warned to take his wife and flee from the city. But his wife looked back and was turned to salt." Concerned, little James asked "What happened to the flea?"

• Tammy, 4, was with her mum when they met an elderly, rather wrinkled woman her mom knew. Tammy looked at her for a while and then asked, "Why doesn't your skit fit your face?"
